Meet Pivot Rentals and Design
After renovating our home in Bergen County, I was left with an itch — I wanted to keep going. What started as a personal project turned into a full-fledged passion for transforming spaces, reimagining layouts, and breathing new life into distressed properties. Through this process I realized I didn’t just want to stop at one renovation — I wanted to keep creating, designing, and investing in fReal estate with potential.
That passion led me to take a leap of faith and launch Pivot Rentals and Design — a boutique real estate investment and design firm that merges my love for real estate and interior design that pivot around the core of my heart. At Pivot I’m scaling a mix of short- and long-term rental properties alongside personalized design services that range from décor styling, finish selection, material specification, staging, and more.
Garden Street Rental
With a humble start in my hometown of Pensacola, Florida, I’m thrilled to introduce Pivot’s very first rental offering — a spacious 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Garden Street.
This newly renovated unit combines elevated finishes with natural light and open, modern design. Located in the heart of downtown Pensacola, it’s ideal for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and style — all at under $2,000/month with a 12-month minimum lease.
It’s been an incredible experience bringing this property to life, and I’m excited to see the engagement on the market.
